Return & Cancel Policy

Returns Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged
The product received is defective
The wrong product was delivered

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with clear images or videos of the issue. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

Please note:

Minor color variations due to screen or lighting differences are not considered defects
Size issues are not eligible for return unless a wrong size was delivered

Cancellations Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used during purchase.

Custom / Printed Products

Custom-made or personalized products, including printed T-shirts, are not eligible for return or cancellation, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery.
